At Manage My Health, we’re continuously working to enhance our platform to better support your practice operations and improve patient care experiences. Our latest product releases focus on expanding virtual care access, providing more complete clinical information, and refining workflows for specific practice needs. These improvements are driven by our commitment to alleviating practice workload by making the patient portal more effective and intuitive.
Pioneering Virtual Care Access with the Mahitahi Haoura Project

We understand that distance and remote living can be significant barriers to accessing timely healthcare across Aotearoa New Zealand. Our solutions have the ability to transform virtual care, and we’re excited to be part of the Mahitahi Haoura project. This pilot programme involves the rollout of a Virtual Care Centre in Northland, leveraging Manage My Health technology to enable patients in the region to readily access remote healthcare services, making care more accessible regardless of location.
Access Full Lab Results: Lab and Clinician Notes Now Available
Having the complete clinical picture readily available is essential. We are pleased to announce a significant enhancement to lab result integration: Lab and Clinician Notes attached to results from MedTech can now be retrieved and viewed via our ALEX integration. This development streamlines access to critical patient information.
Co-Designing Better Appointment Flows for Multi-Location Practices
Managing patient journeys across multiple clinic locations comes with unique complexities. Recognising this, we are actively enhancing appointment patient flows to deliver a smoother, more efficient experience for multi-location health centres. This is an important co-design process, and we are currently working in close partnership with several multi-location customers to ensure the developed solution directly addresses their specific operational needs and challenges.
While we are moving towards establishing a formal customer advisor panel to gather such valuable input more broadly, this current co-design work is a vital step. We greatly appreciate the collaboration and will share further updates as these enhancements progress. We will also reach out with invitations to participate once the formal advisory panel structure is in place.
These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to evolving Manage My Health to meet the needs of modern healthcare delivery in New Zealand. We believe these improvements in virtual care capability, data access, and workflow optimisation will provide tangible benefits to practices and patients alike.
Stay tuned for further updates!
