Major Portal Upgrade: Easy Booking V2 now LIVE!

We’re excited to announce a major enhancement to the Manage My Health platform, designed to improve patient experience and streamline the booking process for both practice and patient.

Easy Booking V2 – A Simpler, Smarter Patient Journey

A smooth and intuitive booking process is key to patient satisfaction. We’ve heard your feedback and have launched Easy Booking V2, a significant upgrade to our original booking system that creates a more consistent and reliable experience for everyone.

Here’s what’s new and improved:

  • Consistent Experience: Patients now enjoy a streamlined, logical booking journey from start to finish.
  • Real-time Availability: Appointment slots and provider availability are shown upfront, allowing patients to see what’s available before signing in to confirm their booking.
  • Smarter Rules: Provider-specific booking rules are applied more effectively, ensuring patients can only book with eligible providers based on your practice’s setup.
  • Integrated Sign-up: For patients new to Manage My Health, the sign-up and identity verification process is now built directly into the booking flow for a seamless onboarding experience.

Important Information for Practices: As part of this upgrade, the original Easy Booking V1 will be retired on Friday, 13 June 2025. All existing web links will automatically redirect to the new Easy Booking V2 landing pages, so no action is required for your current links.

If your practice wishes to add or update appointment booking links on your own website, you can find your unique V2 links in the Manage My Health Provider Portal under Setup Modules > Self Registration.
