This significant milestone in our journey to bring seamless support to the patients and the update brings a host of improvements designed to enhance your experience, bolster security, and prepare us for exciting innovations in the future. We have planned to make this process as smooth as possible by retaining your previous settings.
Release Schedule: We will start the migration of practices from 9th September 2023 in tranches.
Action Required: Update the default browser on all computers in your practice to Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. Similarly, ensure the Microsoft Windows server group policy’s default browser is set to Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. If necessary, request your IT provider’s assistance to complete this as soon as possible. See release notes for detailed instructions.
