Beating the Blues: Manage My Health’s Online CBT Program for Depression and Anxiety

Beating the Blues, brought to New Zealand by Manage My Health, is the most widely used and evidence-based online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program for patients with mild-to-moderate depression and anxiety.

Endorsed by the National Institute for Health & Care Excellence (NICE) and fully funded by Te Whatu Ora for adults (18+) living in New Zealand, Beating the Blues is available for any General Practice with any PMS/Patient Portal. The interactive, online, and confidential program consists of 8 weekly 50-minute sessions that can be accessed via mobile, tablet, or computer.

“At Manage My Health, we are committed to supporting General Practices in providing the best possible care to their patients,” says Vino Ramayah, Executive Chairman of Manage My Health. “We understand the importance of mental health care and the challenges that patients with depression and anxiety face. Beating the Blues is accessible to all New Zealanders. It is a reliable and effective mental health care solution that is designed to help patients overcome mild-to-moderate depression and anxiety.”

To further improve the mental wellness of New Zealanders, healthcare providers and patients are invited to watch an informative webinar featuring Dr David Fitzpatrick-Cockram, a consultant clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience. He is involved in training clinical psychologists and is an adjunct professor at Victoria University of Wellington. He has been the professional advisor to Manage My Health and Beating the Blues for several years. Please click here to watch the webinar.

Manage My Health is proud to bring you Beating the Blues and its mission to help New Zealanders beat depression and anxiety. For more information on the program, visit beatingtheblues.co.nz.
