We’re aware that some patients have received an email claiming to be from Manage My Health. It says a $75.00 refund is waiting and asks you to click a “Complete Refund Verification” button. This is a phishing scam: a fake email and website designed to look genuine so you’ll hand over your login, card or bank details.
This email is not from us. Please do not click the link or enter any details.
These emails come from addresses ending in @nooreplye.com (for example taurangaa2@nooreplye[.]com or taurangaa3@nooreplye[.]com). The part before the @ changes, but none of these addresses have any connection to Manage My Health. Even if the sender address looks different, any email offering a Manage My Health refund is a scam.
What the fake website looks like
The link takes you to a website made to look like Manage My Health. It may:
- ask you to “Slide to Verify” that you’re a human
- show a copy of our sign-in page and ask for your email and password
- show a $75.00 refund and ask for your card details and a code sent to your phone
Manage My Health will never ask you to sign in through an email link to claim a refund, and will never ask for your card details or bank codes.
If you’ve received this email
- Do not click any links or buttons in it.
- Delete it, or mark it as spam or phishing in your email app.
If you entered your Manage My Health email and password
- Sign in through our website or app (not the email link) and change your password straight away.
- If you use the same password anywhere else, change it there too.
- Never share a verification code with anyone. We will never ask you for one.
- Contact our support team at [email protected] so we can help check your account.
If you entered card or bank details, or a code from your bank
- Contact your bank straight away and ask them to block your card.
Our own systems have not been breached. This scam relies on tricking people into entering their details on a fake website. If you’re ever unsure whether a message is genuine, go to Manage My Health directly through our website or app rather than using an email link.
