Sign Up & Login

To get started, you’ll need to create an account:
  • Clinic Invitation: If your healthcare provider has invited you, follow the instructions in your email to activate your account.
  • Self-Registration: Or sign up directly on our website and link to your healthcare provider through our system.

Setting Up Your Profile

After logging in, complete your profile by linking to your healthcare provider to access Manage my Health’s full functionality.
Some healthcare providers allow different functionality, so if you are limited in what you can access please talk to your healthcare provider.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to your healthcare provider to become active.

App or Web – choose what suits you best

Manage My Health is available on multiple devices for your convenience. Download our mobile app for iOS and Android, or access the web portal on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Booking Appointments

  • Select your provider and choose an available time slot
  • Receive booking confirmation
  • Easily modify or cancel your appointment within the portal

Access your Health Records

  • View lab results, immunisation records, and health summaries
  • Both you and your healthcare provider can add entries to your healthcare records

Managing Prescriptions

  • Request repeat prescriptions with just a few clicks.
  • Your doctor will review and approve prescription requests.
  • Get your prescription sent to your preferred pharmacy.

Secure Messaging

  • Send and receive secure messages from your healthcare provider.
  • Use messaging for non-urgent inquiries, appointment follow-ups, and general advice.
  • There maybe charges from your healthcare provider for this service

Security & Privacy

Your personal health information is encrypted and stored securely, ensuring that only you and your linked healthcare provider have access.

To keep your account safe:

  • Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication.
  • Enable biometric login
  • For your security, we automatically log you out after 3 minutes of inactivity to help protect your account, especially on shared devices.
  • Never share your login details with others.

  • What if I forget my password?
Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset it.
  • How do I update my email or personal details?
You can edit your information in the profile section of the portal.
  • What if I need urgent medical help?
In an emergency, call 111. For more support, visit our Help Centre or outside normal GP clinic times.
