Devonport Health Centre hosted its Healthy You, Healthy Skin community event, with Manage My Health supporting the team’s focus on patient engagement.
MMH supported practice manager Tanziha Matin as patients explored self-service tools, bookings, prescriptions, and ways to stay involved in their care.
Tanziha says the sponsored recognition hampers “reinforce our message of patient accountability and digital health engagement”.
