  1. Activate SMS: First, head to your Setup Modules to enable the Group Message and Secure Message SMS functions.

  2. Manage Credits: In the Online Payments section, you can easily top up your SMS credits using a credit card, bank transfer, or have the cost billed to your account. For total peace of mind, you can even enable an automatic top-up when your balance gets low.

  3. Configure Reminders: Finally, navigate to your Appointment Reminder Settings. Here, you can switch on SMS reminders, decide if you want to send one or two reminders, and set the exact days and times they should be sent (e.g., 2 days before at 6 PM).
